"I told that I did not want the tattle-tale dongle. It is set way too conservative for driving in Houston traffic. Very expensive insurance and not real helpful. Ash was very helpful in getting my full insurance package together and helping me lower to some extent the outrageous premium increase on our home insurance. Thanks."

"I got a new home owner’s policy. I had a great experience. Charcer handled all of the details. I got exactly the coverage I want with nothing I didn’t want to pay for. I might be a little hard to deal with. I had a lot of questions like how much this or that would cost me. Charcer was more than happy to answer all of my questions. I told him I wanted to move my auto insurance over there at a later date. He contacted me on that date (today) and we set that up. Of course I had a lot of questions about how much this or that would cost me and again he was a pleasure to deal with. I down loaded their app and everything is at is at my fingertips. Road side assistance is cheap! If we are stranded I can get help on the app, or call Al Johnson’s number, or call the State Farm 800 number, or handle it myself and get reimbursed. It’s comforting to know if I get stranded in the middle of nowhere State Farm will handle the towing or the locksmith or whatever else it might be and I’m covered. I highly recommend Al Johnson and his agent Charcer. Oh and their rates over all beat all of the competition."

"I cancelled multiple State Farm rental property policies over 7 weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund. The original check was issued with the wrong payee, and despite promises of follow-up, nothing has been resolved. Whether this is a local office issue or State Farm overall, it’s unacceptable. Be cautious—getting your own money back should not be this difficult."
